Dying Light 2: Halloween Event Out Now

Dying Light 2 All Hallow’s Eve Update Drops Today, Biggest In-Game Event Since Launch

New Seasonal Quests and Rewards Plus Free Cosmetics, Now Through Nov. 4

Trick or treat? With Halloween just around the corner, Dying Light 2 Stay Human debuts All Hallow’s Eve, the biggest in-game event since Dying Light 2 Stay Human’s critically acclaimed release. Be prepared for a ton of frighteningly good fun in the City across all platforms from today through November 4, 2022, including new daily and weekly bounties, free rewards, and Global Goals uniting the entire community of survivors around the collection of Treats.

Scary, spooky Volatiles

Franchise fans will appreciate the return of classic Halloween-themed visual changes from Dying Light, such as Volatiles wearing pumpkins on their heads (a.k.a. “Pumpkintiles”) and Infected dropping special resources known as Treats.

Where are the treats?!

With enough Treats, Nightrunners can visit a special Seasonal Agent, Baka The Unfortunate, and exchange them for quirky potions. These concoctions introduce many wacky modifiers, like making Aiden jump higher or turning vision to black-and-white!

Sweet, sweet bounties

During the event, players will have the opportunity to participate in special daily and weekly bounties. Completing them will provide ranking points. By increasing their rank, players will be able to buy special, Halloween-themed masks.

Community treats

Don’t trick-or-treat alone! We’re introducing a new set of Global Goals focused on collecting Treats so the entire community can celebrate the season together. Get that sugar rush on and fight together for awesome rewards such as the Jack’O Mask or Dying Laugh Charm!

Die laughing

To top it all off, Techland introduces a special bundle called “Dying Laugh.” This set will include some wicked items—the frightening clown costume, a terrifying weapon, and a scary paraglider skin. All of these items will be available for FREE between Nov. 3 and Nov. 10, distributed via various digital storefronts (Steam, Epic Games Store, PS Store, Microsoft Store, etc.).
