Tales of Grace Recalled in Japan

Video Game Publisher and Developer Namco Bandai issued a recall in Japan today on the much-awaited game Tales of Graces. While the game has been out since Decemeber 10th in Japan, Namco apologized today to its fans and offered to replace the buggy copies. The replacements wil be handled by a mail-in system in Japan. People who imported this hit game are pretty much screwed, though.

Those looking forward to a Stateside release (like myself) will rejoice to know that we’ll be receiving the fixed version of the game which features smooth coding and far fewer issues when completing extra play-throughs.

Sadly, there is no word of when the American release date will be, and this recall has probably put any such plans for a near-term release on the back burner until the problems are fixed.
