Pro-Gaming Combine Offers Gamers Chance To Join MLG

So, you think you have what it takes to play games for a living? (Or at least for a small addition to your salary?) Then we have news for you! Doritos is teaming up with Major League Gaming to sponsor a “Pro-Gaming Combine” that is basically spring training for gaming.

The Pro-Gaming Combine will enable players who show promise in the areas of “slaying power, teamwork/communication, leadership, objective play and support play” to receive further evaluation by the Major League Gaming Scout Team. If you are deemed incredible enough (I know, we all are) you will be invited to join the Major League Gaming Pro Circuit and National Championship.

The Pro-Gaming Combines will take place at four different locations throughout the year. The first will take place in Nashville, Tennessee next month and one four-person team and four individuals from each event will be selected to join Major League Gaming.

Entry costs money though, and tickets for the Nashville event go on sale tonight. At the Nasvhille event, teams will compete in Halo 3, so be sure to brush up on your skills.

The full event schedule is below.

Nashville, TN: March 26 – 28

Chicago, IL: May 14 – 16

Denver, CO: July 23 – 26

Washington, DC: October 15 – 17
