Double Game Add-On Pack Will Serve Up Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot on DVD

January 30, 2010 – The currently available DLC for Borderlands will be made available on a DVD for both Xbox 360 and PC owners next month.

The news comes via GameStop, which listed the product on their site for a February 23 release date. The boxed content will cost $19.99, which is comparable to the price of downloading the two add-on expansions via Xbox Live or Games for Windows LIVE.

Borderlands has offered up the two add-on packs to their highly popular RPG / Shooter title and recently announced another add-on, Secret Armory of General Knoxx, which has yet to be given a release date. The newly announced add-on will not be included in the DVD package. Also of note is that a PS3 version is not listed on the GameStop website, though chances are it will also be released for PlayStation owners.

Borderlands was developed by Gearbox Software and was published by 2K Games. It is available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC.
