Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: Special Editions Allows Players To Compete With Friends!
Deep Silver today announced that Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: Special Editions will be available for download in North America beginning October 15, 2013 on PlayStation®Network and October 16, 2013 on the Xbox Live online entertainment network from Microsoft and Steam. Based on the classic version of the popular TV game show “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire,” players will take to the hot seat for a chance to win a virtual one million dollars! Beginning with the Fastest Finger First Round, there are over 1,000 questions and all of the original three lifelines are available – Phone-A-Friend, Ask The Audience and 50:50. People can play solo or make it a social experience as up to four players can compete locally with scores based on speed. The download will be available for the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC and PlayStation®3, and Steam for the suggested retail price of $9.99 USD.
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: Special Editions will also offer themed questions for specific areas of expertise. Deep Silver will be releasing a series of themed add-on content, starting with Who Wants To Be A Movie Millionaire, which will also be available for download beginning October 15, 2013 on PlayStation®Network and October 16, 2013 on the Xbox Live online entertainment network from Microsoft and Steam for the suggested retail price of $2.99 USD. This question pack will feature more than 500 questions to challenge players’ knowledge of movie trivia.
To keep the game fresh and always challenging, additional general knowledge and specialty-question game packs will be released in the future.
