Assassin’s Creed II Multiplayer Coming to iPhone

Assassinate Your Friends On An iPhone Near You

February 3, 2010 – Today Ubisoft announced the upcoming release of Assassin’s Creed II: Multiplayer for iPhones. The announcement comes hot on the heels of yesterday’s Assassin’s Creed II Discovery release.

The multiplayer game will use a wi-fi connection to allow you to play against three other players in an assassination-hunting game. The goal of the multiplayer will be to kill the other players before they find and kill you. Players will have to blend into the crowd to avoid detection and will be able to use six different power-ups to assist in their assassination attempts.

The game will take place in several Renaissance Italy cities and will feature a dynamic ranking system and a list of 24 achievements.

Check out the screens below and let’s hope an equivalent game comes to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
