Mafia II is approaching release next Tuesday, and we can’t wait. This pastFriday we were lucky enough to take part in a developer call where our questions (and quite a few other website’s questions) were answered.
The conference call was moderated by Chase from Access Communications, and the questions were answered by Jack Scalici, director of creative production on Mafia II. I’ve had a chance to put my hands on the Medal of Honor multiplayer beta, and let me tell you, it’s pretty sweet.
Thanks to EA, I’ve had a chance to play a good number of hours in the Medal of Honor multiplayer beta, and so far, the experience has been great. Usually when a demo breaks I try and pick out the five biggest elements that stood out, either positively or negatively. WithSplit/Second we’re knocking it down to three. Why only three instead of five? Because the demo for Split/Second is only about as long as the game’s title.
